Duties

• Handle commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and lending.
• Engage in litigation related to private and public development projects.
• Address eminent domain and inverse condemnation issues.
• Resolve complex title disputes and construction claims.
• Manage environmental regulatory and compliance disputes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of real estate experience.
• Transactional experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and lending.
• Preferred experience in litigation related to private and public development projects, including: eminent domain and inverse condemnation, complex title disputes, construction claims, and environmental regulatory and compliance disputes.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
