Duties: Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures. Research compliance issues and recommend changes that assure compliance with contractual obligations and state and federal law. Perform various auditing and monitoring activities and issue corrective action plans, as needed. Identify risk and compliance concerns to the enterprise. Maintain relationships with operational business areas and serves as subject matter expert providing guidance on various matters. Must make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues, perform work with little to no direction; and exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment.
