Duties

• Defend clients in warranty actions involving automobile manufacturers.
• Conduct trial and arbitration proceedings, including opening statements and closing arguments.
• Engage in motion practice, depositions, and mediations.
• Perform legal research and draft legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Extensive trial and arbitration experience.
• Strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar License.
