The group advises fund sponsors and institutional investors on structuring, negotiating, and investing in private equity, venture capital, and infrastructure funds, as well as co-investment transactions.

Duties

• Advise on private equity fund formations and investments.
• Collaborate with practice specialists in a large firm environment.
• Service clients across a wide range of industries.
• Manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in private equity fund formations or investments.
• Experience at a major U.S. or international law firm preferred.
• Member in good standing with, or willingness to be admitted to, the New York Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility to obtain.
