Duties

• Represent clients in complex federal income tax transactions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in federal income taxation law.
• Emphasis on renewable energy and credit work preferred.
• Ability to work in a complex, team environment.
• Federal income tax subject matter expertise required.
• LLM or tax credit transactional experience preferred.
• Professional or accounting experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
