The candidate will be expected to participate in and oversee written discovery, take and defend depositions, participate in extensive motion practice and oral arguments, as well as participate in trials. Should have JD from an ABA-approved Law School. Admitted in Texas (required) and Louisiana is a plus. Should have 3 years of employment or general liability litigation experience; outstanding research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills.
