A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Associate in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of litigation, collaborate with partners, and represent clients in various legal proceedings.

Duties

• Oversee all aspects of litigation.
• Collaborate with partners on case strategies.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze case information.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Prepare and draft pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Oversee the discovery process.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Mentor junior attorneys and staff.

Requirements

• Exceptional academic and employment credentials.
• Law review, moot court, or federal clerkship experience preferred.
• Actively licensed and in good standing in Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and other jurisdictions.
• Experience as a senior associate in professional service firms.
• Strong legal research skills in complex matters.
• Excellent legal writing and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a strong pace and deliver high-quality work.
• Leadership and mentoring skills.
• Passion for client relationship building.
• Strong ethical standards.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
