A well-established Texas-based law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Associate Attorney to join its Granbury office. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Texas family law and be confident managing their own docket, including courtroom representation and client consultations. Location:

• Granbury, TX

Duties:

• Manage a full docket of family law cases independently

• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, negotiations, and mediations

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery

• Provide strategic legal counsel and develop case strategies

• Conduct client consultations and maintain regular client communication

• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff in a team-focused environment

• Stay current with changes in family law and procedural rules in Texas

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of Texas family law experience

• Ability to manage cases independently from intake through resolution

• Proven courtroom experience

• Strong negotiation and mediation skills

• Working knowledge of the Texas Family Code and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure

• Commitment to client service and ethical legal practice

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
