• Duties

• Assist in patent prosecution as needed.

• Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in patent litigation and IPR proceedings.
• Minimum of 2 years of solid litigation experience.
• Previous work experience in 4G/5G telecommunications is required.

• Education
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• Certifications
• USPTO registration number preferred.
