Duties

• Collaborate with litigation teams when cases require escalation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience handling plaintiff personal injury cases in a pre-litigation setting.
• Licensed to practice law in California (multi-jurisdiction licensing is a plus).
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable settlements.
• Excellent communication and client management skills; must be comfortable working directly with injured clients.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
