Associate Tax Attorney
The candidate' must have one to five years of practice experience, including experience analyzing tax implications of business entity formations, corporate mergers and acquisitions, real estate sales and exchanges, partnership allocations, business operations and liquidations. The position includes supporting other practice groups in the firm regarding tax issues in real estate transactions, corporate transactions, and tax-related litigation. We believe a great tax attorney needs to be involved in the planning and documentation of transactions, so the position will involve structuring, drafting business agreements, and direct engagement with clients. The tax associate position will include providing tax controversy and litigation support as well as general tax advice. Should be admitted to the California Bar; Should have LL.M. in Tax or Tax Concentration from an ABA Accredited law school; Should have excellent drafting skills.
