The candidate will advise the company on IP matters. Will support the company’s patent, trademark, and copyright protection strategies and portfolios; help manage patent and trademark prosecution. Draft and negotiate IP and technology license terms of various agreements, including software license agreements, cloud and other types of services agreements, collaboration agreements, and strategic partnership agreements. Advise the company on open-source compliance matters.
