Job Overview:
A respected Pennsylvania-based law firm is seeking a full-time Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, providing flexibility and support while handling a broad range of personal injury cases. The successful candidate will represent clients from intake through resolution and may work out of the firm’s Kennett Square, Hazleton, or Reading offices.
Location:
Kennett Square, PA
Duties:
Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from initial consultation through settlement or trial
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations
Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and legal strategy
Collaborate with legal support staff and other attorneys as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience in personal injury law preferred
Ability to handle a full litigation caseload with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational and case management skills
Commitment to client service and ethical legal practice
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
Certifications:
Active license to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania
In good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar
Skills:
Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
Proficient in legal research and case preparation
Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
Capable of working independently and in a team environment
Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus, but not required
