The candidate is responsible for ‎employment-related counseling, investigations, transactional drafting, and litigation matters (single plaintiff and collective/class actions), including issues involving hiring and separation, wage and hour, due diligence for corporate matters, EEO, non-compete and trade secrets, employment policies and agreements, employee leave issues, public accommodation access for the disabled, OSHA, and any other employment law issues. Should have 3-5 years of experience. Must be admitted to the bar in Texas or preparing to obtain such admission in 2022 through reciprocity with another state, have excellent academic credentials, and have significant ‎employment law experience. Should have strong research and writing and public speaking skills and extensive experience and responsibility in a broad base of employment issues.
