A law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney in Orlando, FL. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team, working closely with the owner and other attorneys to support the firm's mission of providing exceptional immigration services. This full-time position requires managing a caseload and contributing to the firm's growth and success.

Duties

• Take ownership of client cases, assisting in federal immigration proceedings and state court criminal cases.
• Conduct client meetings and recommend legal strategies.
• Delegate tasks to paralegals, specialists, and legal assistants, ensuring quality work.
• Provide full-service immigration services, including family and employment immigration, and deportation defense.
• Visit clients in detention centers and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare legal reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in a law firm setting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong administrative and managerial abilities.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
