Estate Planning Tax Attorney

The candidate must have 3-7 years of broad experience in drafting estate planning, business, and tax planning documents for closely held business owners including revocable trusts, wills, irrevocable trusts, business entities and filings. Should also have experience with charitable planning, asset transfers and asset titling, buy-sell and other agreements, as well as conducting a primary review of client documents, such as income tax returns, organizational documents for entities, trusts, and life insurance policies. Should have excellent academic credentials. Must be a member of the Utah Bar, or if not currently a member of the Utah Bar, be a member of the Bar of another state in the US and be able to get licensed in Utah. An LLM in Tax or accounting background is preferred: CPA, MST, MAcc or MA.
