The candidate will primarily handle transactional tax matters and collaborate closely with securities and finance lawyers, as well as interact with investment bankers, financial advisors, and government officials nationwide.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and support on transactional tax matters.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of tax laws and regulations.
• Draft and review tax-related documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize client outcomes.
• Represent clients in tax-related negotiations, audits, and proceedings.

Requirements:

• Admission to practice law in California.
• 5-8 years of experience practicing tax law.
• Strong understanding of transactional tax matters.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
