Creative Marketing Director
The candidate will build PowerPoint decks and create graphics based on concept direction from CEO, control attorneys and Sales for eControl and Precision eControl.
Led design and creative direction for eControl and Precision eControl websites and presentations. Bring ideas to life by crafting compelling visual stories through illustration, composition, and color across multiple channels and formats. Create, maintain and proactively evolve the brand design library along with creating new templates and toolkits. Create/design literature, fact sheets, sales enablement materials and whitepapers. Manage vendors to achieve deliverables on time and in scope. A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or a combination of equivalent education and experience is required. A Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Graphic Design or Visual Communication is preferred. Should have 5-7 years of experience in similar field. Should have the ability to interpret business solutions and value propositions into presentations and sales materials. A high degree of design skills, as evidenced by his portfolio and products. Should have strong verbal and written communication skills. Should have the ability to continually offer new ideas and suggestions to improve eControl’s and Precision eControl’s digital marketing initiatives. Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with audience segmentation, personalization, and/or conversion optimization. Understanding of marketing automation tools hubspot and pardot. Should have the ability to work collaboratively across teams, be nimble, juggle multiple projects, and prioritize effectively while meeting aggressive deadlines. Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro, InDesign, and Illustrator is needed.
