Duties

• Lead smaller securities transactions.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of securities experience.
• Admission to practice in the state of Illinois.

• Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
