Director of Business Affairs, Creative
The candidate will oversee the Global Business Affairs team and help to set a vision for the discipline and elevate the role within consumer marketing. Will identifies gaps and solutions for future growth and scale within the team, including system, product, function, partnership, culture and/or organization opportunities. Considers factors beyond their immediate team to innovate, take appropriate risks, and balance short, medium, and long-term needs. Contribute to broader org health by supporting leadership initiatives of our Chief Marketing Officer. Oversee the Company Marketing work streams. Analyze products, policies and initiatives to provide practical legal risk mitigation strategies for products across all campaigns. Analyze deal opportunities and formulate business strategies with respect to various development and production matters. Shape strategy, calling out risks and opportunities to Creative X and the organization. Oversee federal regulations, ensuring Creative Experiences deliverables and work flow processes are compliant. Collaborate with Sourcing on Agency matters including but limited to: negotiations, identifying and implementing processes that drive efficiencies. Work with internal and external counsel to ensure Creative X has appropriate support for the areas of production legal, litigation, copyright and trademark, music, and rights and clearance matters.
