Duties

• Defend construction and design litigation matters.
• Represent developers, general contractors, design professionals, and subcontractors.
• Engage in client meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
• Manage and delegate work to paralegals.
• Draft and negotiate construction contracts.
• Handle large document production and database matters.
• Participate in marketing and business development activities.

Requirements

• Currently licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• Experience with large exposure cases and multi-party litigation.
• Proven case management skills.
• Ability to travel.
• Experience with pre-trial discovery and motions.
• First chair mediation and trial/arbitration experience preferred.

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
