Job Overview
A prestigious national law firm is seeking a highly experienced Trust & Estates Associate Attorney to join a well-regarded Trust, Estate & Wealth Preservation group in Naples, Florida. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney with at least 5 years of experience in succession planning and wealth preservation. The ideal candidate will manage direct client relationships, work on complex estate planning, and handle multi-generational wealth transfers. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues are essential.

Duties
Manage and oversee client relationships, providing high-quality service in trust and estate planning.
Draft and implement estate planning instruments such as GST-exempt trusts, GRATs, SLATs, and IDGTs.
Assist clients with taxable estates and multi-generational wealth transfer planning.
Provide post-mortem administration support.
Prepare and/or review tax returns, including Forms 706, 709, and 1041.
Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas to provide comprehensive client solutions.
Guide clients through the complexities of estate planning, tax strategy, and wealth preservation.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in trust and estate law, including direct client management.
Expertise in drafting and planning for taxable estates and complex estate planning instruments.
Experience with post-mortem administration and tax return preparation/review (Forms 706, 709, and 1041).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Commitment to providing high-quality client service.
Florida Bar License (Required).
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Active Florida Bar License.
Skills
