Assistant Professor of Legal Writing

Candidate will teach Applied Legal Analysis and Writing I and II, a year-long required course for first-year J.D. students. The course is a total of 5 credits, and the faculty member will teach one section of 35+ students. Responsibilities will include working with Associate Dean of Legal Writing and department colleagues to implement our legal writing program, which covers objective and persuasive writing. Will also teach one three-credit upper-level writing course, to be determined in consultation with the Associate Dean of Legal Writing and the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.
