Responsibilities: Advancing WJC’s mission by providing management and direct supervision to the legal team. Supervising legal staff member caseloads. Providing overall strategic direction of the litigation and judgment enforcement work. Ensuring the implementation of organizational policies with the Executive Director and Office Manager. Building and sustaining a legal program to serve the needs of low-wage workers; (new ideas are welcome and encouraged). Collaborating with current funders on ensuring compliance with current grant requirements and acting as the team lead for prospective grant opportunities. Managing and developing relationships with external stakeholders and partners.
