Duties

• Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements and commercial leases.
• Manage closing checklists and oversee closing documents.
• Draft and negotiate joint venture agreements and hotel management agreements.
• Collaborate with a team on diverse real estate projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of broad transactional real estate experience.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction.
