Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation matters, particularly in insurance defense

• Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings

• Participate in pre-trial discovery, including depositions and document review

• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary

• Manage client communications and provide strategic legal advice

• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to manage case workload

• Maintain and track case progress, ensuring deadlines are met

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense

• Active license to practice law in Nevada, or willingness to study for and pass the Nevada Bar Exam

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Experience in trial preparation and litigation strategy

• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to work as part of a collaborative team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Nevada (or willingness to sit for the Nevada Bar Exam)
