Duties

• Navigate all phases of mass tort litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Assist and lead in discovery efforts, including document identification and witness depositions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other critical litigation documents.
• Work closely with expert witnesses from vetting to preparation.
• Participate in trial preparation and courtroom trial work.
• Collaborate on high-level strategy and execution.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Active membership in a State Bar.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience with complex civil litigation is a plus.
• Clerkship experience is a bonus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active State Bar membership.
