A law firm seeks a full-time Civil Litigation Attorney in Fairfax, Virginia. The ideal candidate will be a Virginia-licensed attorney with experience in civil litigation and trial work. Duties

• Manage and execute civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Interact with clients to provide legal advice and updates on case progress.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Maintain organized case files and adhere to firm policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia.
• Experience in civil litigation required; experience in commercial, contract, or real estate law is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and client relationship management.
• DC and/or Maryland licenses are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Virginia State Bar membership.
