A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to manage Residential Portfolio Management matters in Charlotte, NC. This fully remote position requires occasional court appearances and onsite meetings, necessitating residency in the Charlotte area.

Duties

• Prepare, review, and approve eviction-related pleadings.
• Handle all aspects of eviction, code enforcement, and small claims matters, including contested cases.
• Participate in mediations, depositions, telephonic and in-person hearings.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate.
• 3-5 years of experience with eviction-related pleadings.
• Member in good standing of the North Carolina Bar Association.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional client service skills.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.
