Duties

• Draft motions in federal and state courts
• Prepare discovery requests and responses
• Conduct depositions
• Participate in arbitrations and government investigations
• Draft correspondence
• Negotiate settlements
• Develop case strategies and assist in trials

Requirements

• Admitted or eligible for admission in NY
• 1+ years' experience in federal court litigation preferred
• Deposition and courtroom experience preferred
• Experience with government investigations preferred
• Healthcare/Life Sciences experience or interest a plus
• Outstanding research and writing skills
• Minimum law school GPA of 3.0 preferred
• Willingness to work in the office most of the time

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Certifications

• Bar admission in New York (or eligibility)
