Digital marketing Manager
The candidate's responsibilities include planning, implementing and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital platforms. Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence. Design and oversee marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels. Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners. Evaluates emerging technologies. Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. H.S. Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred. Proven experience working as a digital marketing associate or manager in a fast-paced professional services environment (legal experience a plus) required. Experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate required. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns required. Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels preferred. Must have strong customer/collaboration skills. Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing required. Must be self-directed and have excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website & marketing analytics tools required. Proficiency with common office equipment and applications including: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat required. Excellent oral and written communication, keen attention to detail, dependability, professionalism, strong client relationships (internal and external) required. Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis preferred. Should have experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, he/she will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
