Duties

• Handle complex litigation matters, including securities litigation, white collar defense, antitrust, and bankruptcy.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions.
• Prepare and assist in witness preparation and depositions.
• Work independently and interface with opposing counsel and clients.
• Participate in business development and community activities.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of litigation experience.
• Excellent technical ability with top-tier writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Highly motivated and team-oriented.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Good standing with the Utah State Bar.

Education

• Excellent law school qualifications.

Certifications

• Membership in the Utah State Bar.
