Duties

• Advise on tax issues in complex financial transactions.

• Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
• Identify and leverage tax credits and incentives.
• Collaborate on fund formations and international investments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a tax associate in a law firm.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions.

Education

• LL.M. in Taxation required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
