• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Maintain active membership in the state bar where practicing.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in corporate law with a focus on venture capital.
• Proven experience in mergers & acquisitions and technology company representation.
• Active bar membership in the practicing state.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active state bar membership.
