Duties

• Support senior associates and partners on solar, wind, and other renewable energy projects.
• Engage in complex financing and tax transactions.
• Collaborate with project developers, lenders, and investors.
• Stay informed on cutting-edge developments in federal tax law.

Requirements

• 2-5 years' experience as a tax lawyer.
• Familiarity with renewable energy incentives and partnership taxation preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Prior work experience within a large law firm is preferred.

Education

• LLM in taxation is preferred.

Certifications

• No specific certifications required.
