Duties

• Handle a diverse range of commercial litigation and dispute matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare written materials for court filings and client communications.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and manage caseloads.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in litigation, specifically in commercial litigation and disputes.
• Strong academic credentials with a proven track record of legal research and writing excellence.
• Must be admitted or eligible to be admitted to the Florida Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar, or eligibility to obtain admission.
