Duties:
Represent clients in personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial
Manage all aspects of case development, including investigation, discovery, pleadings, depositions, and courtroom proceedings
Collaborate with legal teams to craft and execute tailored litigation strategies
Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare for trial
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure clarity and confidence in legal processes
Participate in firm initiatives for process improvement, client advocacy, and community engagement
Requirements:
Active license to practice law in the State of Texas
Experience in personal injury litigation or a comparable field involving client-centered advocacy
Demonstrated success managing caseloads independently and efficiently
Proficient in litigation procedures, trial preparation, and negotiation
Strong commitment to ethical practice and professional integrity
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Admission to the Texas State Bar
Additional certifications in trial advocacy or litigation a plus (not required)
