Duties:

• Represent clients in personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial

• Manage all aspects of case development, including investigation, discovery, pleadings, depositions, and courtroom proceedings

• Collaborate with legal teams to craft and execute tailored litigation strategies

• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare for trial

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure clarity and confidence in legal processes

• Participate in firm initiatives for process improvement, client advocacy, and community engagement

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Texas

• Experience in personal injury litigation or a comparable field involving client-centered advocacy

• Demonstrated success managing caseloads independently and efficiently

• Proficient in litigation procedures, trial preparation, and negotiation

• Strong commitment to ethical practice and professional integrity

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Texas State Bar

• Additional certifications in trial advocacy or litigation a plus (not required)
