Description:

Franklin & Prokopik (F&P), a civil litigation defense firm, is currently seeking Attorneys in Workers’ Compensation (WC) and Liability Insurance Defense in all of our MD locations. These are hands-on positions with billable hours and heavy litigation. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

• Maryland bar required, D.C. is a plus.
• Possess 1-3 years of experience. Experience in WC or Liability a plus.
• Experience with billing hours.
• Ability to communicate effectively and frequently with clients, opposing counsel, and all levels of management.
