Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Remote Litigation Partner to join their team in Raleigh, NC. This role offers a fully remote work arrangement and focuses on expanding the firm's presence in North and South Carolina.

Duties

• Provide legal counsel and representation in various litigation matters.
• Develop and maintain a portable book of business.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to serve public and private clients.
• Engage in strategic planning to expand the firm's regional footprint.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
• Minimum of eight years of relevant legal experience.
• Proven track record in one or more practice areas: Employment & Labor, Insurance Coverage, Toxic Tort and Environmental Law, Business & Commercial Litigation, Product Liability, Management and Professional Liability, and General Liability.
• Strong written advocacy and strategic thinking skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
