Corporate Counsel
Duties: Provide legal support and counsel to Air Methods regional operations and sales teams. Involves transactional duties, but may also include assisting with general corporate and litigation matters. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including agreements with hospitals and municipalities, real estate and equipment leases, supplier and vendor agreements, software and IT agreements, and consulting and professional services agreements. Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of Air Methods’ contracting process using the company’s contracts management software. Develop and maintain standard contract templates and forms. Assist senior legal team members with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating more complex and strategic agreements. Assist with general litigation and compliance matters as needed.
