The candidate should possess strong experience in drafting and negotiating mortgage loan documents, conducting due diligence, and overseeing closings. Familiarity with mezzanine lending is desirable. Open to candidates with PA, NY, and/or CT Bar admissions.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate mortgage loan documents.
• Conduct related due diligence.
• Oversee closings, including title, survey, and organizational documents.

Requirements

• 4 - 7 years of experience.
• State Bar Admission required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in PA, NY, and/or CT.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Familiarity with mezzanine lending preferred.
