A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2 to 6 years of experience to join its Antitrust and Trade Regulation Practice, based in Minneapolis. Location

Duties

• Investigate and help develop antitrust and trade regulation cases

• Manage litigation from inception through trial, including client interaction

• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; participate in discovery and depositions

• Work with experts and participate in trial strategy and execution

• Collaborate with attorneys within the firm and across the broader antitrust bar

• Contribute to the advancement of plaintiff-side litigation strategy

Requirements

• 2–6 years of complex litigation or class action experience

• Antitrust litigation experience preferred

• Demonstrated case development, research, and writing abilities

• Federal clerkship experience or law journal editorial experience preferred

• Plaintiff-side litigation experience is strongly preferred

• Eligible for admission or currently admitted to the Minnesota Bar

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Strong academic credentials required

Certifications

• Admission to the Minnesota Bar, or eligibility for admission

Skills

• Exceptional legal research and writing skills

• Litigation experience including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities

• Team player with strong interpersonal communication skills
