Duties

• Prepare and file applications for visas, permanent residency, naturalization, asylum, and waivers.
• Represent clients before USCIS, EOIR, ICE, and other agencies.
• Coordinate with the Case Manager to monitor deadlines and case milestones.
• Review denied cases and draft appeals, motions, and briefs.
• Maintain accurate case notes in MyCase and DocketWise.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active, good-standing member of a U.S. State Bar.
• 3-5 years of immigration litigation and administrative experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in a U.S. State Bar.
