The Honorable Judge Robert W. Lehrburger

The candidate must have top grades, and preferably 1+ year of practice experience in federal courts. Newly graduated students may also be considered. Should have excellent analytical and writing skills. Law Review/Journal experience is desired. Moot Court participation is an asset. NY Bar admission would be a plus.

Clerkship Term: March 31, 2022 to April 1, 2023.

Application Deadline: October 30, 2020.

Send cover letter, resume, law-school transcript, 2 writing samples (including at least one brief or legal memo or equivalent), and 3 letters of recommendation. Writing samples preferably should be unedited by other persons; to the extent that is not possible, should note the nature and extent of contribution by others.
