Obtains operating permits and licenses for facilities and amenities from the state and local governing bodies. Facilitates property inspections and repairs with community and regional managers. Prepares rent increase notices. Submits quarterly financial reports to lenders. Tracks and report unclaimed security deposits; prepare due diligence letters.
