Duties

- Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding case progress and next steps.
- Represent clients effectively in negotiations to achieve favorable resolutions.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and colleagues across practice areas.
- Uphold professional conduct and adhere to state bar requirements and firm policies.
- Assist in financial management of cases, including setting retainers and managing payment schedules.
- Stay current with legal developments and complete required Continuing Legal Education (CLE).
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- 3-5 years of experience in Pennsylvania state and local tax law.
- Experience with sales and use tax matters in Pennsylvania.
- Admission to practice law in Pennsylvania or eligibility to waive in.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Prior experience in a law firm or comparable professional services environment preferred.
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
