Duties

• Prepare and attend court appearances within travel distance.
• Request and manage court coverage placements as needed.
• Draft, review, and file mid-litigation motions and responses.
• Prepare for trials and arbitrations, including potential overnight stays.
• Communicate with consumers, their employers, and attorneys to resolve accounts.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri.
• Additional licensing in other states is welcomed.
• Ability to appear in court consistently and on time.
• Own method of transportation for travel.
• Strong multi-tasking, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Bar admission in Kansas and Missouri.
