A law firm in New York City is seeking an Intellectual Property Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of patent litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing day-to-day litigation tasks, independently preparing legal documents, and maintaining clear communication with fellow lawyers. Strong academic credentials, excellent written and verbal communication skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and practical judgment are essential for this role.

Job Details:

• Effectively manage day-to-day litigation tasks.
• Independently prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses.
• Communicate effectively with other lawyers.
• Experience in taking and defending depositions is a plus.
• Demonstrate excellent academic credentials.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Currently admitted to practice in Georgia.
• USPTO registration number or technical background is strongly preferred.
• Patent and trademark litigation and prosecution experience is a plus.

Requirements:
