The ideal candidate will provide legal support and representation for clients, handle appearances, manage case files, and assist with legal research and documentation.

Duties:

• Represent clients during virtual hearings and depositions.
• Draft and file legal documents.
• Engage in client consultations and maintain regular communication.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and review case files.
• Manage legal administrative tasks as necessary.
• Advocate for clients’ interests in court and other legal proceedings.

Requirements:

• Must be admitted to the New York State Bar, or admission pending.

• Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills to effectively represent clients.
• Experience in legal case management and handling Social Security and Workers' Compensation cases.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in New York State, or pending admission.

Skills:

• Ability to handle virtual court appearances and depositions.
• Proficient in drafting clear and concise legal documents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
