A law firm seeks a Junior to Mid-Level Agency Finance Associate Attorney in Washington, District of Columbia. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in cross-border transactions, particularly in project finance, structured finance, or corporate finance, and will be eager to support complex deals in emerging markets.

Duties

• Assist in cross-border financing transactions in emerging markets.
• Advise on project finance, corporate finance, and bank lending.
• Support development finance institutions and multilateral agencies.
• Engage in transactions across various sectors, including energy and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with teams to achieve client objectives in multiple languages.

Requirements

• Experience in cross-border transactions, preferably in project or corporate finance.
• Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French.
• Admitted to the state bar or eligible to waive in.
• Experience with energy and infrastructure projects is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing.
